Our employee selection process’ requirements includes a clean Namibian Police Criminal Record (Code of Conduct), prior guarding, military or policing experience, ability to communicate fluently, knowledge of criminal and security acts, personal hygiene and professional appearance, to list a few.
To ensure value-for-money to our clients, all security guards are strategically selected and site-placement done according to their grading and the task at hand. Foot patrolling, reception guards, Valuables’ Escorts, Guest relations, each have their own challenges and different aspects of environmental and threat assessments, for which the guards are thoroughly trained and updated through continuous assessments in order to uphold company standards and professionalism.
